Oversee end-to-end RCM operations including verification, authorizations, billing, claims follow-up, denials, and payer communication. Build and execute an AI-enabled RCM strategy focused on automation, efficiency, and modernization of workflows. Partner closely with product and technology teams to incorporate new tools and intelligent automation into RCM processes. Guide organizational change and support teams as responsibilities evolve during technology adoption. Establish scalable, repeatable workflows that improve accuracy, turnaround times, and financial outcomes. Ensure compliance, quality, and operational excellence across a multi-state payer landscape. Collaborate with executive leadership, finance, product, and go-to-market teams on strategic and operational planning. Support strategic sales conversations by serving as the RCM subject-matter expert. Prepare executive-ready updates, reporting packages, and recommendations for leadership and board audiences. Experience & Skills:Required Experience and Qualifications:Deep experience in Revenue Cycle Management, ideally in ambulatory, outpatient, rehab therapy, or complex healthcare environments. Demonstrated success leading RCM teams through operational complexity and multi-payer workflows. Hands-on experience implementing automation, AI, or advanced technology to modernize RCM functions. Strong people leadership skills with the ability to guide teams through change with high emotional intelligence. Experience transforming processes and building new workflows, systems, or operating models. Strategic thinker with strong operational acumen, including roadmap development and performance management. Executive presence with the ability to partner effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams. Strong communication, problem solving, and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
