DescriptionWe are currently looking to add a Fulfillment Coordinator to our team in St. Cloud, MN. In this role, you will be responsible for accurate order fulfillment, shipment, and inventory reconciliation of Microbiologics' products and materials.What can I expect in this role? In this position, you will work 7 am - 3:30 pm Monday thru Friday. Some key duties in this role include:• Fulfill international and domestic shipments, ensuring all criteria for exporting is met• Maintain and service the shipping department emails by processing: OK to ship emails, scheduling pick-ups with freight forwarders, inventory inquiries and halted items• Complete inventory reconciliations; making any necessary corrections to any discrepancies between stock and updated records and adjustments for short-dated products• Assist with stocking and maintaining accurate levels of inventory for items and supplies.• Process re-label shipments• Maintain DG Certification for processing hazardous shipments.• Assist with accurately pulling, checking, and packing shipments according to IATA regulations.• Assist with export related inquiries from shipping couriers. • Document any defective materials or damaged products and report to Fulfillment Lead.• Report any equipment image or system malfunction that requires maintenance to Lead.• Work with and inform Lead on assessing opportunities for improvement in the shipping process, the need for changes and to ensure customer satisfaction.What makes you a good fit?Our goal is finding the right individual for our team - we firmly believe that the right person is someone to invest in and invite to join our family.
