Role name: Sr Engagement Leader Work site: Dallas (Onsite) Experience: 12 Years The Digital Transformation Leader is responsible for defining, driving, and delivering a multi-year digital transformation strategy. This role oversees product, technology, operations, and organizational change efforts to modernize digital experiences, improve operational performance, and create long-term business value. This leader connects strategy to execution and ensures alignment across business, technology, and executive stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership • Define the long-term digital transformation vision and roadmap aligned to enterprise business objectives. • Develop multi-year strategies across digital channels, platforms, operations, data, and customer experience. • Partner with senior leadership to align priorities, secure sponsorship, and communicate progress. • Establish and measure KPIs tied to customer experience, digital adoption, operational efficiency, and platform reliability. Experience & Product Transformation • Lead modernization of digital experiences across web, mobile, and omni-channel touchpoints. • Drive customer journey mapping, UX design, and service transformation initiatives. • Oversee product strategy, backlog prioritization, and release planning across multiple digital domains. • Champion data-driven decision-making through analytics, experimentation, and personalization. Technology & Platform Modernization • Lead transformation of the digital architecture, platforms, and integration ecosystem. • Improve performance, scalability, security, and resilience across digital systems. • Oversee API strategy, microservices evolution, cloud architecture, and DevSecOps practices. • Collaborate with engineering, architecture, and vendor teams to deliver modern platform capabilities. Operational Excellence • Establish mature incident management, support models, and operational governance. • Drive continuous improvement to reduce incidents, improve SLAs, and enhance reliability. • Implement monitoring, observability, and automation across the delivery pipeline. • Introduce or mature SRE principles and best practices. • Program Governance & Delivery Leadership • Build and lead a cross-functional delivery organization across product, engineering, QA, DevOps, and design. • Own program governance including milestones, RAIDs, status reporting, and steering committees. • Manage budgets, forecasting, resourcing, and vendor relationships. • Ensure quality, predictability, and timely delivery across multi-team transformation efforts. Change Leadership & Culture • Lead organizational change management, training, and communication efforts. • Promote a culture of innovation, agility, accountability, and continuous learning. • Coach leaders and teams to adopt new ways of working and modern operating models. • Build capability maturity across product, engineering, and operations functions. Qualifications • 12–18 years leading digital transformation, product engineering, or enterprise modernization initiatives. • Strong background in consumer digital products, e-commerce, mobile, retail/QSR, financial services, or similar high-scale environments. • Demonstrated experience overseeing multi-channel digital ecosystems. • Deep understanding of modern architecture, cloud, APIs, and DevSecOps. • Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills. • Experience with Agile, scaled delivery models, and complex multi-vendor programs. • Proven ability to drive measurable improvements in performance, reliability, and customer experience.
