Shift: 8AM -5PM; Monday- Friday Position Summary This position is responsible for executing a daily plan for movement of all freight within an assigned area. Essential Functions * Engage in weekly operation planning with Program Manager * Collaborate daily with dispatch team on driver loading schedules and resource sharing * Work with Maintenance Manager on PM compliance for assigned equipment by location * Receive and consolidate loads from the customer into the dispatch system daily * Data entry and admin support for daily delivery confirmation, billing and payroll duties * Communicate effectively with customers, drivers, dispatchers and other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations * Lead and mentor dispatch team * Provide frontline customer service for existing accounts * Answer all incoming phone calls promptly and courteously * On-call Duties as needed
