Job Description

1. Client Engagement & Relationship Management• Serve as the primary on-site liaison between the client and offshore/nearshore teams.• Build strong stakeholder relationships and ensure high client satisfaction.• Conduct regular status meetings and provide transparent reporting on progress, risks, and issues.• Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling services.2. Delivery Management• Oversee end-to-end project execution including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.• Manage delivery KPIs, SLAs, and quality benchmarks.• Proactively manage risks, issues, and escalations.3. Team Leadership & Coordination• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (development, QA, DevOps, support).• Facilitate communication between on-site and offshore teams.• Mentor team members and ensure optimal resource utilization.• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.4. Governance & Compliance• Ensure adherence to organizational processes and industry best practices.• Monitor compliance with contractual obligations and regulatory standards.&nbs p; • Maintain project documentation and reporting frameworks.5. Financial & Commercial Oversight• Track project budgets, revenue, and margins.• Support billing, forecasting, and financial planning activities.• Identify cost optimization opportunities.Required Qualifications• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.• 815 years of experience in IT services, with at least 35 years in a delivery management role.• Proven experience managing client-facing IT projects on-site.• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Preferred Qualifications• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification.• Experience managing global delivery models (OnsiteOffshore).• O&G Domain expertise will have added advantageKey Competencies• Leadership & Team Management• Client-Centric Mindset• &nbs p; Strategic Thinking• Risk & Issue Management• Negotiation & Conflict Resolution• Financial AcumenSuccess Metrics• Client satisfaction scores• On-time & on-budget delivery• SLA adherence• Revenue growth within the account• Team engagement & retentionSalary Range $ 140,000-$ 180,000 yearsTCS Employee Benefits Summary: Discretionary Annual Incentive.
