Key Responsibilities Assign freight loads and track shipments through dispatch systems Communicate delivery updates, exceptions, and delays to internal teams Maintain detailed documentation of all operational activities and logs Identify potential conflicts or inefficiencies in scheduling and escalate as needed Collaborate with Oregon-based management for workflow alignment and operational efficiency Assist with process improvement initiatives for dispatch operations Qualifications Strong written and verbal communication skills Computer proficiency with dispatch and tracking software Highly organized and detail-oriented Ability to follow structured workflows and operational procedures Time management and multitasking skills Experience optional; comprehensive training provided Work Environment Hybrid and remote Oregon-based dispatch operations.
