Position Summary Acuren is currently recruiting for a Drone Operator to support operations in Washington, PA. LOCAL APPLICANTS ONLY. THIS WILL BE A CALLOUT/TRAVEL POSITION. Responsibilities * Organize and report test results * Perform specialized inspections * May instruct and supervise others * Perform other job-related tasks as assigned by management Requirements * Experience with producing 3D models indoor and outdoor, orthomosaics, and scan to BIM. * Minimum of UAS Thermography Level I * Experience with UAS based areal cinematography, UAS video production, and UAS based light show. * Experience in utility inspections, mining, O&G are also a preference. * 3-5 years of non- Chinese such as Reigl UAS based LiDAR collection and survey is preferred * Current passport is preferred. * Experience with operating the Flyability series is preferred. * Experience with commercial applications. * Ability to hike / traverse within harsh terrain on a regular basis. * Ability to carry an average of 40lbs of high tech, fragile equipment. * Experience with uploading data in non-LTE environments.
