Collaborating with warehouse and logistics teams, you'll coordinate the handling and shipment of goods to meet business demands and quality standards. What You'll DoAs a Traffic Warehouse Packaging Clerk, you will be responsible for: Picking finished goods from storage to fulfill sales orders promptly and accurately.Assembling, filling, tying, and packing materials into cartons designated for shipment, ensuring completeness and quality.Verifying that shipping labels correspond with sales order details to prevent errors.Affixing accurate shipping labels to packages based on order specifications.Sorting sales orders numerically and managing documentation for easy retrieval.Storing incoming shipping materials in designated locations to maintain organization and efficiency.Preparing workstations by assembling boxes and replenishing supplies to meet daily demands.Maintaining cleanliness and organization at work stations to promote a safe and productive environment.Supporting inventory counts and labeling tasks during weekly, monthly, and year-end cycle counts.Performing additional duties as assigned, including occasional overtime and backup support for distribution and traffic clerks.Contributing positively to team morale while upholding quality standards and company policies.What You'll BringThe ideal candidate will have: Prior experience in labeling, shipping, and packaging preferred but not required-willingness to learn is key.Ability to perform repetitive tasks quickly and accurately with excellent attention to detail.Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.Physical capacity to lift and carry boxes and materials up to 50 pounds.Flexibility to work overtime when necessary.Reliable and punctual with excellent communication skills.High school diploma or equivalent.Why Join Us in Redondo Beach?
