A Fleet Driver picks-up and delivers customers for the dealership. Report to work within acceptable time frames and company standards. Maintain appropriate degree of professionalism towards customers and coworkers.RequirementsSpecific Job-Related Duties and ResponsibilitiesOperate all vehicles in a safe manner and in compliance with all applicable company policy and procedures and traffic laws and regulationsObserve rules of the road and demonstrate courtesy and defensive driving techniquesEvaluate and coordinate logistics of shuttle runs efficiently to maximize timeAssist customers getting in and out of shuttle; maintain polite conversations with customers while they are using the courtesy shuttleUpdate status of runs and provide other pertinent informationNotify Service Manager of any issues with shuttle, including when maintenance is dueReport any accidents or damage immediatelyMaintain the cleanliness of shuttle by keeping a schedule for detailingGeneral Company Related Duties and ResponsibilitiesReport to work within acceptable time frames and company standardsMaintain appropriate degree of professionalism towards customers and coworkersQualificationsMinimum high school diploma or GED equivalent requiredAbility to drive vehicles with manual or automatic transmissionPositive attitude and professional appearanceFocused, dependable, honest and trustworthyFamiliar and comfortable navigating in an area 15 miles around the dealershipCurrent, valid driver's license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)Working ConditionsThe employee will work indoors and outdoors in an auto shop environment.
