Vehicle Registration ClerkFull-Time | Onsite | Monday-Friday | $17-$19/hrAre you organized, friendly, and ready to join a team that values accuracy and great customer service?America's Mailbox is hiring a Vehicle Registration Clerk to help keep things running smoothly in our Vehicle Registration Department.In this role, you'll be the face and voice of our department-helping customers, processing paperwork, and making sure everything from license plates to documents gets handled with care and accuracy. If you're someone who takes pride in doing things right the first time, we want to meet you.What You'll Be Doing:Helping Customers• Greet and assist walk-in customers in a professional, friendly manner• Answer phone calls and respond to emails with accurate, helpful information• Keep customers updated on their registration status and next stepsHandling Documents• Open, sort, and log all incoming mail for the registration team• Scan and upload customer paperwork to the correct files• Make sure mail and documents reach the right team members fast and efficientlyShipping Out Registrations• Prepare completed vehicle registrations and license plates for shipping• Package items securely and apply the right charges to customer accountsSupporting the Team• Help with daily office tasks and document processing• Follow procedures closely to stay compliant and consistent• Be someone your teammates can count onWhat We're Looking For:• Strong attention to detail-you notice the little things• Organized and able to manage time without constant reminders• Friendly, clear communicator (both spoken and written)• Solid typing and data entry skills• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning new systems• Past experience in admin, customer service, or registration work is a plus• Reliable, honest, and able to work independently or with a teamYou'll Need To:• Have a valid driver's license and clean driving record• Be comfortable driving for work-related errands• Pass a background checkSchedule:• Full-Time• Monday to Friday• 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.Pay & Perks:• $16-$18/hour (depending on experience)• Paid time off and vacation• Dental insurance• Aflac supplemental coverage• Life insurance• IRA retirement planWe're a hardworking, tight-knit team looking for someone who's reliable, accurate, and kind to customers.
