Compensation & Benefits Total Compensation: $130,000 - 180,000 annually (represents base + incentive) Benefits Include: * Comprehensive health benefits starting the first of the month following hire * 401(k) with company match * Profit sharing * Generous paid time off and paid holidays * Executive-level autonomy and impact Your Purpose As the Director of Logistics, you'll lead and shape the vision for Dynamic's logistics organization-overseeing transportation operations, vendor strategy, compliance, financial performance, and long-term business planning. You'll operate as the general manager of logistics company-wide, owning both day-to-day execution and the long-term evolution of the business. Your leadership will ensure a scalable, efficient, and data-driven logistics network that supports growth, strengthens customer experience, and positions Dynamic as an operational leader in the industry. What You'll Do You'll lead a high-impact logistics organization and continuously evolve it to meet the needs of a growing business. * Build and develop a high-performing leadership team, coaching, mentoring, and creating clear pathways for growth and succession. * Set and execute the long-term logistics strategy, including quarterly, annual, and multi-year planning aligned with business goals. * Own the logistics P&L, driving revenue growth, cost efficiency, and margin improvement through data-driven decision making. * Analyze profitability at a granular level (customer, route, load, and segment) to uncover opportunities and optimize performance. * Ensure full regulatory compliance and risk management, including D.O.T., FMCSA, and international transportation requirements. * Design and optimize the transportation network to continuously improve service levels, capacity, and cost structure. * Lead strategic vendor partnerships, negotiating contracts, setting performance expectations, and holding partners accountable to KPIs and SLAs. * Drive organizational evolution, adapting structure, processes, and capabilities as the business scales and market conditions shift. What You Bring (Briefcase) * High school diploma or equivalent required. * Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Transportation Management, or a related field preferred. * 5+ years of progressive experience in logistics, transportation, or general management with financial responsibility. * Proven experience owning or influencing full P&L performance within a business unit or functional area. * Demonstrated success leading and developing leaders in an operational environment. * Experience managing transportation networks, vendor relationships, and cost structures. * Strong background in financial analysis, budgeting, and operational performance management. * Preferred: experience in warehouse management, recycling, recovery, or ITAD environments. * A valid Class D driver's license and ability to obtain a CDL.
