Job Title: Shipper (Warehouse Associate) Location: Claremont, NC 28610 Duration: 04/06/2026 – 07/03/2026 Schedule: Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (40 hours/week) Pay Rate: $19.00/hr Employment Type: W2 Contract Openings: 6 Overview We are seeking reliable and safety-focused Shipper (Warehouse Associates) to support warehouse and distribution operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and shipping finished goods while maintaining inventory accuracy and adhering to safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Pull and verify materials using warehouse picking lists (part number, description, and color accuracy) Operate warehouse management systems (SAP, RF scanners) to process orders and maintain inventory accuracy Band, crate, and prepare products for shipment Assist with loading trucks and ensuring proper handling of materials Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment Follow all safety policies and procedures at all times Complete required system and process training (UKG timekeeping, WMS tools) Qualifications High School Diploma or GED preferred Previous warehouse, shipping, or distribution experience preferred Experience with SAP, RF scanners, or warehouse management systems is a plus Ability to read and interpret picking lists and product specifications Strong attention to detail and accuracy Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 75 lbs (chest height) Ability to stand for 8–12 hours per shift Frequent bending, lifting, and repetitive movement Ability to read labels and distinguish colors Ability to hear and work safely around warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts) Additional Details No interview required Use of UKG system for time and attendance Fast-paced, team-oriented warehouse environment
