Oklahoma City candidates may participate in hybrid workflow sessions; remote candidates are fully integrated nationwide. Entry-level candidates receive structured training; experienced professionals manage operational responsibilities independently. Key Responsibilities Assign and monitor freight loads across dispatch systems Track shipments and maintain accurate operational documentation Communicate updates, delays, or exceptions to internal teams and drivers Maintain comprehensive dispatch logs and operational records Identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend process improvements Collaborate with Oregon-based management to ensure operational alignment Escalate scheduling conflicts or operational issues as necessary Qualifications Strong verbal and written communication skills Computer proficiency including dispatch/tracking software Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven Ability to follow structured workflows and operational procedures Time management and multitasking skills Experience optional; full training provided Work Environment Hybrid and remote Oregon-based dispatch operations.
