Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Release Train Engineer (RTE) to lead a large-scale Agile Release Train (ART) within a complex digital product ecosystem. The RTE will drive planning, execution, and continuous improvement across multiple cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment, flow, and predictable delivery.Key Responsibilities Lead and facilitate PI Planning, ART ceremonies, and cross-team coordination. Remove impediments, manage risks, and maintain delivery flow across teams. Partner with Product Management, Architecture, and Engineering to ensure alignment. Track and report metrics such as velocity, predictability, dependencies, and quality. Coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and teams in SAFe and Lean-Agile practices. Promote governance, transparency, and consistent operating rhythms across the ART. Required Skills & Experience 5+ years of Agile delivery experience, including RTE, Agile Coach, or Senior Scrum Master roles. Strong command of SAFe, Lean-Agile principles, and multi-team delivery. Excellent facilitation, communication, and servant-leadership skills. Experience working with Azure DevOps or Jira in scaled agile environments. Ability to manage dependencies and collaborate across multiple teams and vendors. SAFe RTE, SPC, or SAFe Agilist certification preferred. Preferred Qualifications Experience in large, distributed, multi-vendor environments. Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, and digital product development. Ability to establish new ARTs and implement delivery governance models.
