Summary: The Fleet Analyst supports all aspects of our fleet vehicles over their entire lifecycle. Responsible for ensuring fleet data is stored and used accurately. Leads the ordering, budgetary, and financial activities for all fleet vehicle activities. Participates in special administrative projects and programs in support of the Fleet Management Department. Responsibilities: Builds out model specifications for new dealer stock fleet purchases and issues orders. Maintains detailed records of vehicles, GPS, and fleet systems to support reporting requirements. Prepares comprehensive and timely forecast and budget documents; administers budget for operations. Manages fleet-related key performance indicators. Other duties as assigned. Requirements: High School Diploma or GED required. 1-3 years of experience needed. Experience in transportation/fleet, supply chain, category management, accounting, or procurement. Required Skills: Fleet/vehicle experience in any industry. Outstanding organizational and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PC skills. Strong planning, time management, verbal and written communication, decision making, and presenting skills. Ability to communicate and collaborate with field operations. Preferred Skills: Knowledge and experience with fleet support functions, including maintenance, operations, support services, and competitive business requirements.
