Offering premier boating, rentals, and full-service amenities that create an unbeatable on-the-water experience.RESPONSIBILITIES:Operate a Whaler (small boat) to tow vessels safely between the forklift water launch and marina docksAssist with towing boats from docks to the forklift for removal from the waterSupport guests as they arrive at the docks by helping guide and secure boatsAssist the dry stack team with routine maintenance and construction of dock boxesMaintain cleanliness of the Whaler, ensuring it remains free of trash and debrisPerform routine checks on engine oil levels and ensure proper vessel operationRemain dockside and readily available to assist as boats arrive and departREQUIREMENTS:Must be authorized to work in the United States and provide proper documentation.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.Physically able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs., bend, climb, reach overhead, and work in confined spaces.Working inside as well as outdoors in all weather conditions.
