1. Client Engagement & Relationship Management * Serve as the primary on-site liaison between the client and offshore/nearshore teams. * Build strong stakeholder relationships and ensure high client satisfaction. * Conduct regular status meetings and provide transparent reporting on progress, risks, and issues. * Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling services. 2. Delivery Management * Oversee end-to-end project execution including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. * Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. * Manage delivery KPIs, SLAs, and quality benchmarks. * Proactively manage risks, issues, and escalations. 3. Team Leadership & Coordination * Coordinate with cross-functional teams (development, QA, DevOps, support). * Facilitate communication between on-site and offshore teams. * Mentor team members and ensure optimal resource utilization. * Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. 4. Governance & Compliance * Ensure adherence to organizational processes and industry best practices. * Monitor compliance with contractual obligations and regulatory standards. &nbs p; • Maintain project documentation and reporting frameworks. 5. Financial & Commercial Oversight * Track project budgets, revenue, and margins. * Support billing, forecasting, and financial planning activities. * Identify cost optimization opportunities. Required Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. * 8-15 years of experience in IT services, with at least 3-5 years in a delivery management role. * Proven experience managing client-facing IT projects on-site. * Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. * Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
