Job Description: As a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner in this dynamic and highly specialized setting, you will:Join a collaborative team of 13 neonatologists and 12 advanced practice providers (NNPs/PAs)Deliver patient-centered care in a 72-bed Level III NICU with an average daily census of 60Manage complex and critical neonatal cases, including ELBW infantsUtilize advanced technologies such as:Neonatal ECMOJet and oscillatory high-frequency ventilationInhaled nitric oxide (iNO)Whole-body cooling for HIEParticipate in dedicated neonatal resuscitation and transport teamsCollaborate with full-spectrum pediatric subspecialists, including cardiovascular surgeryIntegrate care within a comprehensive pediatric ecosystem (PICU, CVICU, pediatric ER)Contribute to a high-performing, compassionate care model focused on innovation and outcomes
