The organization is a Mayo Clinic Care Network member offering advanced technology including da Vinci robotic surgery, with a supportive mission-driven culture emphasizing collaboration and innovation.Opportunity:Nurse Practitioner - UrologyJob Details:• Provide comprehensive outpatient urology care to adult patients in a busy clinic setting• Manage 15-20 patients per clinic day including new and established patients• Conduct detailed patient assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning• Perform pre-operative evaluations and post-operative follow-up care• Educate patients and families on conditions, procedures, medications, and recovery• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and lab results• Conduct occasional inpatient rounding as needed with no call responsibilities• Document all encounters in Cerner/Oracle Health EMR with AI-assisted tools• Participate in continuous education and professional development• Must have Board Certification (AANP or ANCC) and Ohio APRN license• Requires urology or gynecology experience - new graduates not accepted• Must obtain DEA prior to start date• Flexible 4-day or 5-day workweek options available• No weekend coverage or call schedule required• Full-time position only - no locums or visa candidates acceptedCompensation:Employed salary with benefits.
