What You Will Do (Inventory & Receiving): * Receive & Verify: Put away morning deliveries (Mon-Sat), ensuring all items are received in excellent condition and quantities match the invoice. * Digital Processing: Use the Signal platform to officially receive orders and maintain accurate inventory records. * Inventory Planning: Analyze current stock levels and place precise orders for the next delivery to ensure consistent product availability. * Quality Control: Monitor temperatures and product integrity during the offloading process. * Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and FIFO-compliant (First In, First Out) storage area. Who We Are Looking For: * Early Bird: One who thrives in the early morning hours and is ready to start at 5:30 AM. * Detail-Oriented: One who is meticulous with numbers and can spot a missing case or damaged item instantly. * Tech-Savvy: One who is comfortable using mobile apps and digital platforms for inventory management. * Reliable & Independent: One who can work efficiently to meet delivery windows and organizational standards. * Availability Requirements: * Monday through Saturday availability is REQUIRED. * Shift Hours: 5:30 AM - 8:30 AM. * Physical Ability: This is a physically demanding role; you must be able to lift and carry 25-50 lbs repeatedly and work in refrigerated/freezer environments.
