Aimé Leon Dore is looking for an Operations Coordinator, Supply chain to join our team in New York, New York, reporting directly to the Senior Supply Chain Manager. This position will support day-to-day Supply Chain operations across inventory, archive management, and wholesale execution. This role is highly detail-oriented and hands-on, focused on maintaining accuracy across systems while supporting broader operational workflows.This position works closely with Operations, Design, and Logistics teams to ensure product and inventory data is accurate, organized, and aligned across channels.Duties and ResponsibilitiesArchive OperationsMaintain the physical and digital organization of the product archiveSupport intake, labeling, and documentation of seasonal and archived stylesManage archive pulls and returns for internal teamsMaintain tracking logs to ensure accountability and visibilitySupport periodic audits and archive clean-up initiativesInventory Management & ControlAssist with day-to-day inventory accuracy across systemsSupport discrepancy investigations and data formattingMaintain routine reporting on inventory health for senior reviewAssist with cycle counts, reconciliations, and inventory clean-upPrepare and execute inventory uploads and transfers for product launchesWholesale & International OperationsSupport wholesale and international inventory tracking and reportingAssist with order management and documentation in ERP systemsTrack international shipments and review shipping documentationMonitor returns, damages, and inventory movements across channelsSystems & Process SupportExecute data uploads and maintenance in ERP systemsSupport testing of system updates and integrationsIdentify process inefficiencies and escalate opportunities for improvementQualifications1-2 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or similar fieldProficiency in Microsoft Excel (SQL a plus)Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and follow-throughSalary Range: $55,000 - $65,000 Aimé Leon Dore is from Queens, NY.
