Salary: $25.20 - $31.50 HourlyLocation : Las Vegas, NVJob Type: Full TimeJob Number: LVAS4001Department: Airline Service DevelopmentOpening Date: 04/09/2026The Role:The Airline Service Development Coordinator supports the Airline Service Development (ASD) team by coordinating projects and events, managing sales and client systems, providing administrative support, and delivering service to stakeholders of the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority (LVCVA). The ASD Department partners with Harry Reid International Airport and LVCVA's air service consultancy to retain and expand airline service to Las Vegas. As the first point of contact for the ASD Team, the Coordinator supports strategic initiatives with airlines, hotel and industry partners, vendors, and internal departments, blending administrative and marketing support to help recruit and retain air service, offering an exciting opportunity to contribute to the continued growth of Las Vegas air travel. What You'll AccomplishKeep in mind that this list is not all-inclusive.Provide project management and administrative support for ASD initiatives, including task tracking, goal monitoring, outcome reporting, and process improvement.Plan and coordinate logistics for departmental projects and events such as sales missions, familiarization tours, travel contests, client meetings, and air service activities in collaboration with internal teams, partners, and Harry Reid International Airport.Coordinate business travel, itineraries, and calendars for the ASD Team, including airline executive visits, lodging, and transportation.Manage contracts, budgets, invoices, payments, expense reports, and financial reporting, including tracking co-op marketing support and preparing regular reviews.Maintain departmental systems and databases, ensuring accurate client and project information, records retention, and promotional item inventory.Conduct research and compile reports for leadership and partners to support decision-making and highlight trends or performance insights.Provide front-line service and administrative support to internal and external stakeholders, including correspondence, scheduling, mail processing, procurement, and other duties as assigned.
