Medix is seeking a versatile and dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) for a dynamic travel contract with one of our client facilities. This position offers the opportunity to provide essential therapy services across both Outpatient and Inpatient settings, treating a broad and complex patient population.As the Physical Therapist, you will be a key clinician responsible for evaluating and treating patients across a wide spectrum of cases, including surgical, neurological, pediatric, geriatric, and vestibular conditions. This role is ideal for a clinician seeking diversity in their practice and is open to qualified PTs, including new graduates.Location: Gillette, WyomingFacility Type: Outpatient and Inpatient SettingStart Date: ASAPLength of Assignment: Approximately 13 Weeks (520 Expected Hours)State License Needed: Wyoming (WY) Physical Therapist licenseSchedule: Monday to Friday, five 8-hour shifts, 8 AM - 5 PM, 40 hours/week.Pay: Compensation details, including competitive rate ranges and potential stipends, will be transparently discussed with your dedicated Medix recruiter. Key Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive Physical Therapy (PT) services in both outpatient and inpatient settings.Manage a varied caseload encompassing surgical, neuro, pediatric, geriatric, and vestibular patient populations.Maintain a patient load that is highly variable, ranging from 8 to 20 patients per day, depending on the complexity of the cases and patient needs.Document all evaluations, treatments, and patient progress using Epic-based Electronic Medical Record (EMR) platforms.
