Required Skills: Bachelor s degree in Physical Therapy.Current state licensure in physical therapy.Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience.Pediatric outpatient experience preferred.Proficiency in computer applications, healthcare software, and web-based tools.Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills.Exceptional interpersonal skills and adaptability to diverse patient needs.Nice to Have Skills: Experience with telehealth platforms.Additional certifications in pediatric or special populations.Bilingual abilities or multilingual skills.Preferred Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy.At least 2 years of relevant outpatient pediatric experience.Other Requirements: Ability to work flexible hours based on patient demand.Willingness to follow all safety and infection control protocols.Availability for occasional travel and certification updates.Commitment to maintaining compliance with all laws, regulations, and standards.This position offers an hourly pay rate of $57.71, with benefits including competitive pay packages, weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical coverage (W-2), referral bonuses, paid sick leave, and reimbursements for licensure, certifications, travel, and other applicable expenses.
