Responsibilities Sunday , Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 8:30 am to 5:00pm Position Responsibilities: * Support Transport Supervisors in delivering superior customer service and driving profitable growth by developing tactical plans that optimize distribution, loading, and on-time delivery processes for club stores such as Costco, Sam's Club, and Restaurant Depot, while fostering a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement * Ensure route planning team builds efficient Club plans to maximize productivity level, set delivery schedule, and provide superior customer service * Schedule appointments with multiple customers through customer portals and direct contact sales representative * Support planner balance workload between development of annual strategic plans and daily execution of tactical plans * Collaborate across the Transport and Warehouse Operations teams to ensure alignment with the loading of trailers to on time delivery to customers * Manage and achieve key performance metrics that demonstrate the effectiveness of the department and alignment to corporate objectives * Other duties as assigned Qualifications Required Education and Experience: * High School Diploma/General Education Diploma and 0 to 1 plus years of planning experience Preferred Education and Experience: * Bachelor's Degree Essential Information for Our Employees At the Reyes Family of Businesses, our Total Rewards Strategy prioritizes the holistic well-being of our employees, and our compensation philosophy embraces diverse factors for fair pay decisions, valuing skills, experience, and the needs of our business.
