More information is available on our website. The Baldwin School is seeking per-diem substitute teachers for the 2025-26 school year. Qualified applicants should be flexible and enthusiastic about working with students in Grades Pre-Kindergarten through Grade 5. The teacher will have clear written lesson plans to execute in the absence of the regular teacher.Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:• Implementing curriculum in Lower School classrooms.• Providing whole group, small group and individual instruction in the classroom.• Fostering a positive and nurturing learning environment.• Assisting students at lunchtime and recess.• Maintaining a clean and well-organized classroom space.• Other duties, as assigned.Qualifications:• Minimum requirements include a Bachelor's degree in education. • 2-4 years of classroom teaching experience.• Strong collaboration and communication skills.• Understanding of the social-emotional development of girls.• Current clearances for Pennsylvania school requirements. Interested candidates, please submit a cover letter, resume, and three references.Baldwin is an equal opportunity employer, and we strongly encourage candidates of all backgrounds, genders, and abilities to apply.
