Title: Locum - Physician - Gastroenterology Lakewood, CODescription: Summary: St. Anthony Hospital is looking for Urgent December coverage with their Gastroenterology team. Site requires ERCP and EUS to be considered. BID DUE DATE: Friday, Jan 9th at 5p EST! EMR: EPICSupport Staff: NoneReason for coverage: Gaps in coverage and locum requiring breaks June/July/Aug 2025.EMR Required Training:Credentialing Preapp and full app must be completed and submitted to move provider into "applicant in training" to generate AD account and begin EMR account set up. Once AD account creation begins it can take up to 5 days to create account. Module (learn lessons) Must be completed prior to virtual EMR training to attend the training.EMR Virtual (PPL) training Only able to attend if Modules are completed before training. Virtual training must be completed at least one week prior to the providers first day. First Day Details - Site requires completion of EMR Modules and training, before first day details can be released.
