Description Position at Clarvida - Tennessee Resource Parent Team Lead Location: Tennessee (Community-based) Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Competitive, based on experience Date Posted: 4/1/2026 About the Role Clarvida is seeking a Resource Parent Team Lead to provide leadership, oversight, and support to staff working directly with resource (foster) parents. In this role, you will help ensure high-quality support services for foster families, promote placement stability, and maintain compliance with program and state requirements. This position blends direct program oversight with mentorship and collaboration, making it ideal for someone with foster care experience who enjoys supporting both families and staff.
