Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:Providing exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met with care and professionalism.Educating clients about our services, products, and wellness programs to help them make informed decisions.Building strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and trust.Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment within our facility.Assisting with administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and managing client records.What We're Looking For:Responsibilities:Conduct one-on-one wellness consultations to assess clients' needs and develop customized care plans.Utilize motivational interviewing techniques to inspire and motivate clients toward healthier behaviors.Provide education on nutrition, weight loss strategies, and overall wellness practices.Support clients in setting realistic goals and tracking progress throughout their health journeys.Offer guidance on fitness routines, including yoga and other physical activities suitable for individual capabilities.Collaborate with team members to create engaging wellness programs and workshops.Maintain detailed records of client interactions, progress notes, and care plans in compliance with privacy standards.Stay informed about the latest developments in behavioral health, nutrition, and fitness to enhance client support.Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the wellness, fitness, or hospitality industry.Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with a diverse range of clients.Attitude: A positive, proactive mindset and a genuine desire to help others.Organization: Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.Why Join Sanctuary FL West Palm Beach - Okeechobee?While we don't currently offer additional benefits, we provide a supportive and inspiring work environment where you'll have the opportunity to grow your skills and make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients.
