In this role, the Director may supervise up to 6 associate clinicians, will support and oversee licensed clinicians including clinical supervisors, and ensure clinical care and consistent practice standards across each region and the practice. The Director will be the key point of leadership and coordination for both clinical and operational success. All the responsibilities we will trust you with: Clinical Provide assessments, treatment planning, and care for your own caseload across the lifespanProvide triadic clinical supervision for up to 6 associates, depending on practice needsReview and sign notes for superviseesOffer monthly case consultation for licensed team members within your region.Complete documentation and letter requests for the regionConduct weekly chart audits for your region to ensure compliance and documentation qualityConsult on all high risk clinical matters including risk management, breaches, and mandated reportingSupport and train onboarding of new clinical staff, including orientation to clinical expectations, systems, and protocolsEnsure adherence to all established clinical protocols, procedures, and quality of care standardsPerform additional duties as assigned to support the evolving needs of the region and the practiceOperationsOversee day-to-day clinical operations across all assigned teamsParticipate in interviews and provide feedback on clinical candidatesAssess operational needs and partner with Operations and HR to ensure resources, supplies, workflows, and staffing supports are in placeMail: check mailbox regularly and process mail for the regionManage room schedules for the region in coordination with recruiting and HRProvide ongoing training and support to ensure staff compliance with office and practice policiesAssist and manage budget considerations such as supply needs and group outingsPerform additional duties as assigned to support the evolving needs of the region and the practiceLeadershipAttend weekly scheduled Director MeetingComplete 30-day, 90-day, and annual performance reviews for team membersPrepare and administer Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) in partnership with HR by providing clear direction, constructive feedback, and support for growth and accountabilityProvide conflict resolution and mediation for staff concerns or interpersonal challengesOversee scheduling workflows to ensure adequate client coverage and balanced caseloads for cliniciansSupport recruiting initiatives by actively monitoring staffing needs and partnering with HR to ensure clinical operations / staffing expectations are metMonitor productivity metrics and provide feedback/support to staff for clinical and admin expectationsPartner with HR to prepare for the quarterly State of the Location pulse check meetingsOversee Peer Mentor program for your regionCollaborates with other departments within the practice to maintain and provide great client care experience for client(s)Ensure compliance with practice safety procedures, including emergency response processes and incident reportingPromote a positive, inclusive, and supportive team culture across all teams, consistently demonstrating professionalism and integrityPerform additional duties as assigned to support the evolving needs of the region and the practiceYou will be required to meet the following:Must hold a valid license with the BBS as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC in California for at least 2 yearsInvested interest in providing direct careDesire to teach and train associate therapistsComplete documentation with 72 hoursAble to work prime time hours including evenings, weekends, holidays and/or extended hours as neededProficient computer skills in Google Workspace and EHRsAbility to quickly adapt to and learn new programs, systems, and/or processesGeneral knowledge of office skills, use of office equipment (copier, laser printers, fax machine, telephones, computers)Must be able to use initiative and independent judgment within established guidelinesMust possess effective written and oral communication and social skillsExcellent written and verbal skills.
