Your Role & Impact As a Health Coverage Enrollment Supervisor, you'll lead a dedicated team that helps patients navigate and enroll in health coverage programs like Medi-Cal and Covered California. You'll oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, and provide hands-on support to staff and applicants. Your leadership will directly impact our ability to deliver timely, accurate, and compassionate enrollment assistance-making healthcare more accessible for those who need it most. What We're Looking For * Associate degree in social services, health education, public health, or related field-or equivalent experience * 2+ years of experience in health coverage enrollment (Medi-Cal / Covered California or Cal Fresh) * 2+ years of supervisory or lead experience * Bilingual in Spanish * Strong knowledge of public health insurance programs * Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Bonus points if you have: * Bachelor's degree in social services, health education, public health, or other health related field. * Two (2) years of health coverage enrollment experience. * Certified Enrollment Counselor (CEC) certification. * Completion of a Supervisory Certificate Program. * Bilingual in English and Spanish. * Experience working with underserved populations.
