The Director will oversee more than 5,500 cases annually, with responsibilities across both operating room and obstetric services. Call schedules average three to four per month, with flexibility to adjust based on experience and preference. In addition to clinical duties, the position includes supervising CRNAs, residents, medical students, and student nurse anesthetists. The Director will also contribute to departmental quality assurance, policy enforcement, and committee participation. Administrative responsibilities include coordinating staff schedules, managing anesthesia equipment, and ensuring effective collaboration with nursing and hospital leadership. The role also carries a strong academic component, with opportunities to teach, mentor, and guide trainees. Compensation includes a competitive base salary of $410,000 and a comprehensive benefits package, with total value estimated at $444,500.
