A growing technical services organization is seeking a Field Testing Specialist to support specialized environmental and materials testing programs. This role involves hands-on test setup, monitoring, documentation, and client coordination in an outdoor field environment. The position requires a detail-oriented professional who can manage multiple test programs with varying requirements, including custom configurations, accelerated timelines, and specialized measurement tracking. The ideal candidate is organized, technically capable, and comfortable balancing fieldwork with documentation and client communication.Key ResponsibilitiesReview incoming test requests and align them with internal capabilitiesCommunicate with clients to clarify scope, requirements, and timelinesVerify testing requirements against applicable standardsSet up, mount, and maintain test specimens and equipmentMonitor and record environmental and test-related dataEnsure minimal disruption to active test programs during service intervalsGenerate reports and maintain accurate service documentationSupport cross-functional coordination for specialized test setupsConduct routine field inspections to ensure proper exposure and performanceMaintain and calibrate monitoring and measurement equipmentAssist with general site and operational support as neededRequired QualificationsStrong computer proficiency, including experience with spreadsheets and data entryExperience supporting testing programs governed by industry or international standardsAbility to work outdoors for extended periodsStrong organizational and time management skillsGood visual acuity and attention to detailClear written and verbal communication skills in English$22 - $25 a year
