Job Description

A Clinical Manager of SUD Services leads the design, implementation, and management of multiple comprehensive SUD treatment programs, ensuring clinical excellence and ethical documentation standards. They oversee the improvement of SUD treatment services, aligning with evidence-based practices and best-in-class models. The Clinical Manager a clinical responsible for delivering high-quality, compliant, and innovative addiction treatment while building and mentoring a skilled team to meet evolving community needs. Managers typically oversee multiple treatment programs with-in scope of mastery, client continuity of care and service models. Core Responsibilities Clinical Oversight: Provide direct supervision to clinical supervisors, therapists, and support staff to clinical care are individualized, evidence-based, and meet client needs. This role must have knowledge in MAT and Gambling Addiction programming in the state of MO. Quality Assurance & Compliance: Implement QA/QI protocols, monitor outcomes, and ensure adherence to federal, state, and accreditation standards (e.g., CARF, CCBHO). Staff Management: Recruit, train, mentor, and develop clinical and support teams; foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth. Community Impact: Expand services to meet community needs, coordinate with other health centers, and support mission-driven goals. MINIMUM EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE: A Master's degree in Human Services Field (education, nursing, criminal justice, recreational therapist, social work, psychology, human development) plus: * A licensed or provisionally licensed qualified mental health professional (QMHP); or * An individual holding the Co-Occurring Disorders Professional or Co-Occurring Disorders Professional/Diplomate credential from the Missouri Credentialing Board; or * A non-licensed QMHP who meets the co-occurring counselor competency requirements established by the department; or * A QAP who meets the co-occurring counselor competency requirements established by the department. Must be credential in one or more of the following: QUALIFIED ADDICTION PROFESSIONAL (QAP) - An individual who meets the applicable training and credentialing required by the Missouri Credentialing Board for any of the following positions: * Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC) * Certified Reciprocal Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CRADC) * Certified Reciprocal Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CRAADC) * Certified Criminal Justice Addictions Professional (CCJP) * Registered Alcohol Drug Counselor-Provisional (RADC-P) * Registered Alcohol Drug Counselor (RADC) * Co-Occurring Disorders Professional (CCDP) QMHP or Qualified Substance Professional (QAP) with minimum of 1 year experience. Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
