Job Type Full-timeDescriptionWe are seeking an energetic and compassionate Behavioral Coach for our Bronx Day Treatment program. In this role, you will be responsible for modeling and supporting elementary and middle school students, ages 5-16, with developing their coping and social skills, and emotional regulation. Job Responsibilities:Conduct classroom observations to proactively prevent student outbursts and help de-escalate crisis situations. Collaborate with the treatment team and educational personnel to develop support plans for students. Required to pass and maintain certification in Therapeutic Crisis Intervention. Must be physically able to initiate and/or assist in all components of the crisis intervention program. You should have:• Bilingual (English/Spanish).Salary Description $23.00/hour
