The role involves monitoring and verifying thatsecurity guards are present, properly performing their duties, and complyingwith company policies and security standards. An active security clearance isrequired.Key Responsibilities:• Conduct scheduled and random site visits to ensure security guardsare present and on duty. Verify that guards are following post orders, procedures, and safety protocols. Document site visit findings, including guard performance, attendance, and compliance. Report any issues, violations, or concerns to security management for resolution. Provide feedback and coaching to guards when needed to maintain high performance standards. Ensure all security operations meet clearance and compliance requirements. Act as a liaison between security guards, management, and clients.Qualifications:• Active [specify clearance level] security clearance (required). Previous experience in security supervision, site inspections, or law enforcement preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to identify compliance gaps.
