BCaBA - Oklahoma City, OK Location: 401 E Memorial Rd, Oklahoma City, OK 73114 Salary: $65,000 - $70,000 + bonus Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 We're hiring a Board Certified assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to join our small, supportive center in Oklahoma City. What We Offer: * $65k-$70k base pay + monthly bonuses * $5,000 sign-on bonus * Smaller, close-knit center with a supportive team culture * Full benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k with match * Flexible PTO and paid CEUs * Low billable hour requirements * Growth opportunities - we promote from within * No evenings or weekends What You'll Do: * Conduct assessments and create individualized ABA treatment plans * Supervise BTs/RBTs and support families with caregiver training * Collaborate with Clinical Managers and other BCBAs to improve outcomes Requirements: * Active BCaBA and LBA * Experience working with individuals with autism * Strong communication and organizational skills * Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week), including flexibility for schedule changes to meet patient and staff needs * Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders from diverse backgrounds * Experience and competency with Microsoft Office Suite * Experience with ABA data collection software preferred * Ability to successfully complete and pass background and reference checks, and a drug screen
