You'll play a key role in launching our Treatment Program, providing evidence-based psychiatric care within a boutique, physician-led practice.Our model combines in-person intake days (Mondays & Fridays) with tele-psychiatry follow-ups midweek (Tuesdays-Thursdays), giving patients flexibility while ensuring strong clinical connection. You'll work with motivated patients in a stigma-free environment designed to prioritize long-term recovery. This is more than a job, it's an opportunity to shape a new standard of care in Sonoma County and help design a practice built for both patients and providersThis is a contractor position within a private group practice model, providers retain clinical independence while supported by an MSO (Management Services Organization) that handles administrative functions. Scheduling can be flexible pending the facility's needs. This position can be part time or full time hours. We have remote tele options or onsite. Please apply for additional details.Start Date: November 2nd 2025Contract: 6 or 12 month contracts... plus extensions grantedShift: Flex, self scheduleBenefits: Mal Practice, Weekly Pay!Qualifications: CA state MD/DO License, BLS, DEA, Board CertificationPay Rate: $325 per Intake, Cash PayResponsibilities• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and follow-up medication management sessions.• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans.• Collaborate with patients and families to promote understanding of diagnoses and treatment goals.• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the practice EMR.• Participate in case consultation with practice colleagues, as needed.• Provide care consistent with current evidence-based practices and professional standards. Qualifications• M.D. or D.O. with active, unrestricted California medical license.• Board Certified in Psychiatry.• Active DEA registration.• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.• Commitment to patient-centered, cash-pay outpatient practice model. Compensation & BenefitsOperates on a direct-pay model.
