Alliance Health Group - Regional Business Office Manager – Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care    Greensboro, North Carolina  Full-Time | Travel Required to Nearby Facilities   We are currently seeking a highly EXPERIENCED and driven Regional Business Office Manager to support our skilled nursing and long-term care facilities in and around Greensboro, NC. This position plays a key role in ensuring financial health, operational excellence, and regulatory compliance across multiple sites.     Position Overview:   As a Regional Business Office Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of Business Office Managers at multiple SNFs within and around the Greensboro region. You’ll work collaboratively with facility administrators, billing teams, and corporate leadership to drive timely collections, clean billing, and accurate resident account management.     Key Responsibilities:   Directly support and supervise facility-level Business Office Managers   Ensure timely and accurate billing, collections, and cash posting   Oversee payer mix: Medicare, Medicaid (NC), Managed Care, and private pay   Train staff on billing systems, census management, and revenue cycle best practices   Analyze accounts receivable trends and address aging balances   Conduct audits and ensure compliance with state, federal, and company policies   Report financial data to senior leadership and recommend improvements   Regularly travel to SNFs in the Greensboro and surrounding area        Qualifications:   3+ years of experience in SNF/LTC business office operations a must   At least 1 year in a regional or multi-site leadership role in a SNF/ LTC setting   Strong knowledge of North Carolina Medicaid, Medicare, and managed care billing   Proficiency with PointClickCare or other LTC billing platforms   Excellent leadership, communication, and time management skills   Ability to travel between local facilities on a weekly basis       What We Offer:   Competitive salary with performance-based incentives   Full benefits package (medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO)   Supportive team culture with growth opportunities   Chance to make a regional impact in post-acute care operations          Ready to Lead with Purpose?   Apply now to join a dedicated team making a real difference in the lives of seniors in Greensboro, NC and beyond.
