Reporting directly to the Finance Director, this executive-level role provides strategic leadership over key financial operations while driving innovation, performance measurement, and evidence-based decision-making. This position is mission-critical to advancing fiscal transparency, operational efficiency, and the modernization of the City's financial infrastructure, and serves as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on enterprise financial strategy.
