What you get to do every day!As the Registration Auditor, you will be responsible to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of patient registration and front-end revenue cycle processes across Astria Health Centers. This role is responsible for conducting routine audits, identifying trends and errors, and providing actionable feedback to improve registration quality, reduce claim denials, and support optimal reimbursement. The Registration Auditor partners with clinic leadership to strengthen accountability, standardize processes, and drive continuous improvement, ultimately enhancing financial performance, regulatory compliance, and the overall patient experience. You will: • Conduct high-volume audits of patient registrations to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with organizational policies and payer requirements• Review key registration elements including patient demographics, insurance information, eligibility verification, authorizations, and referral documentation• Document audit findings clearly and accurately; track and report error rates, trends, and opportunities for improvement• Provide timely feedback to registration staff, supervisors, and leadership on audit results and performance gaps• Participate in education and training efforts by identifying knowledge gaps and contributing to targeted training initiatives• Other duties as assigned.Requirements• High School Diploma or GED.• Minimum of Two (2) years of medical office experience.• Strong knowledge of patient registration processes including demographics, insurance verification, eligibility, authorizations, and referrals• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and practice management software required• Oral and written fluency in the English language.Preferred Qualifications.• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field• Strong understanding of revenue cycle processes, including registration accuracy, eligibility verification, and authorization workflows• Prior experience with Oracle Cerner electronic health record (EHR) systemsThis position is identified as a safety-sensitive position for which impairment while on the job would present a substantial risk of death.
