Guaranteed Compensation: $71,000 Target Earnings: $125,000+ (with substantial earning potential for top performers) Comprehensive Paid Training Period: Starting at $100,000 during a 90-day training period. Our teams also enjoy community-sponsored lunches for just $2.50 daily! As a Sales Counselor (internally called Residency Counselor), youll manage the sales process from initial inquiry to move-in. Youll have the unique advantage of working with qualified inbound leads, making it easier for you to focus on building meaningful relationships and sales momentum. Your responsibilities will include: * Managing the full sales process from first inquiry to deposit and move-in. * Engaging prospective residents via phone, email, and in-person tours to build lasting relationships and facilitate the decision-making process. * Offering personalized guidance to prospects and their families on available living options, services, and the care levels offered at Morningside of Fullerton. * Collaborating with marketing and move-in teams to ensure a seamless transition from lead to resident. * Actively participating in marketing events and contributing to the development of strategies to attract new leads. * Achieving sales goals and meeting customer contact metrics set by the Marketing Director. * Documenting all interactions in our CRM to ensure efficient follow-up and organization. What Were Looking For: * Proven Sales Success: A history of consistently exceeding sales targets and building strong client relationships. * Relationship-Driven Approach: High emotional intelligence is essential. Youll need to navigate sensitive, emotional decisions with care and empathy, ensuring clients feel supported and confident during what can be a vulnerable time. * Self-Motivation and Independence: Thrives in a role where you manage your own sales process with discipline and a proactive attitude. * Strong Communication Skills: Clear, persuasive communication with both individuals and groups. * Tech-Savvy: Comfortable utilizing a CRM system to manage and track sales activity (Salesforce) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) * Sales Experience (Senior Living Not Required): At least five years in a high-touch, relationship-driven sales role.
