The job focuses on behavioral assessment, ABA programming, and training parents/staff.Key ResponsibilitiesAssess children and identify behavioral or developmental needsDevelop:Behavior Support PlansEducational curriculaTreatment plansIFSPs (Individualized Family Service Plans)Create data collection systemsTrain and supervise ABA home-based counselorsProvide parent and staff trainingMaintain confidentialityFollow BCBA ethical guidelinesUse evidence-based ABA treatment strategiesRequirementsMaster's degree in:Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), orSpecial Education(Doctoral degree preferred but not required)BCBA certification requiredMust obtain Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst (LABA) within 90 days2-3 years experience working with young children with autismStrong background in Applied Behavior AnalysisINDMNE
