As a Psychologist at Sagent Behavioral Health, you will provide psychological evaluations and/or psychotherapy to patients depending on psychologist's interest areas and competencies. Qualified candidates will have prior psychological evaluation experience and be proficient completing the full evaluation from an intake through presenting assessment results Full Time Benefits:Medical, Dental, Vision401k, Long Term Disability, Short Term Disability and Life InsuranceReasonable caseload expectations and flexible schedulingComfortable offices and clinic environmentFree attendance for internal CEUsResponsibilities:Provide psychological evaluations to patients within the psychologist's scope of competence.Provide outpatient psychotherapy to patients within the psychologist's scope of competence.Designs and implements treatment plans and ongoing therapy reflective of patient needs.If interested/needed, provide clinical supervision to master's or doctorate level providers.Maintain legible and organized outpatient records in accordance with policy requirements.Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings including case and peer reviews.Responsible for timely completion of Managed Care applications and ongoing documentation as needed.Requirements:Doctoral degree from an accredited college or university.Licensed Psychologist in Iowa (LP) or pursuing LP licensure.Must be comfortable working with children, adolescents, and/or adults.Proficient in the use of Office 365 and EHR systems.Experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder is a plusCompensation: This is a salary paid position.Post Doctoral: $70,000 - $75,000Licensed Psychologist: $95,000 - $135,000*Actual compensation may be determined by various factors such as licensure, experience, skillset, internal equity, schedule and/or location.
