The ideal candidate will provide counseling services to individuals dealing with various mental health challenges. This position offers the opportunity to work in a supportive environment and make a positive impact on the lives of others.Duties- Conduct individual, family, group counseling sessions with clients virtually, in-person at the office, school settings- Implement treatment plans tailored to each client's needs- Provide counseling for issues such as grief, chronic pain, gender identity, and other mental health concerns- Utilize therapeutic techniques CBT, DBT, etc.- Maintain accurate and confidential client records- Stay updated on current research and best practices in mental health therapySkillsThis position requires a master's degree and an active license to practice in the state of Kentucky and the license must be in good standing to practiceMust have at least 1 year of mental health experience in a clinical settingPossess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and great communication and interpersonal skillsCandidates are required to have a master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university and on track to obtain licensure in their designated fieldCandidates should have clinical licensure (LMFT, LPCC, LICSW, LP etc.)Required experience with completing DAs, treatment plans and clinical case notesEffective written and verbal communication skillsAbility to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clientsAbility to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely mannerComfort and familiarity working with a diverse client baseProficient in the use of GSUITES and Electronic Health Record systemsJob Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $40.00 - $65.00 per hourExpected hours: 10 – 35 per weekBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceEmployee assistance programFlexible scheduleHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offProfessional development assistanceVision insuranceSchedule:Monday to FridayNo weekendsWork Location: In person or VirtualPowered by JazzHR
