Job Summary:Almost Family is seeking a passionate and motivated In Home Care (IHC) Program Director to lead and grow our services in the Medford, Oregon region. Compensation & Benefits:• Hourly wage of $26 to $30, paid every two weeks• Health Benefits (Medical, Vision, and Dental)• Progressive Paid Time Off PlanResponsibilities:Oversee day-to-day operations of IHC services within the Medford regionEnsure full compliance with Oregon state regulationsSupervise, support, and mentor program staff to maintain high-quality service deliveryServe as the primary liaison with community partners, vendors, and state agenciesMonitor and manage caseloads, staffing ratios, and program documentationConduct regular staff training, evaluations, and performance improvement initiativesDrive program growth through outreach, referrals, and relationship buildingMaintain accurate records for audits, billing, and reporting purposesIdentify areas for improvement and implement solutions aligned with agency goalsPromote a culture of positivity, accountability, and continuous improvementRespond promptly to client or staff emergencies, concerns, or incidentsCollaborate with executive leadership on strategic planning and organizational developmentAttend and represent the agency at relevant community events, meetings, and trainingsRequirements:• High school diploma or equivalent• 2+ years of experience with In Home care or Health Care Industries (Must be able to hold a healthcare administrative license) • Proficient in computer software such as Microsoft Office and Google Suite• Strong organizational and time management skills• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Ability to work independently and within a teamAlmost Family, LLC is a leading provider in IDD and In-Home Care services.
