This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient health while enjoying an exceptional outdoor lifestyle and work-life balance.Key Responsibilities Evaluate and manage patients presenting with a wide range of sleep disorders Review sleep studies with physician support in an AASM-accredited sleep facility offering both in-lab and home sleep monitoring services Initiate and manage PAP therapy for appropriate patients Provide patient and family education on sleep hygiene and treatment adherence Maintain accurate documentation using EPIC electronic health records Qualifications Current NP or PA licensure (required) Board certification or board eligibility (required) Experience in sleep medicine or neurology (preferred) New graduates welcome - structured training and mentorship provided Comfort with and interest in practicing in a rural community setting Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary ($147K+) Quality incentives up to $15K $20K commencement bonus $8,000 annual CME allowance, including licensing, dues, subscriptions, and paid CME time Student loan repayment Full benefits package including 401K with employer match Paid malpractice / professional liability coverage Relocation support No after-hours call requirements PTO
