Summary Provide health system administration for patient services encompassing central scheduling, patient access, health information management, revenue integrity, patient financial services, and payer contract management. Responsible for ensuring optimized revenue and collections in collaboration with providers, payers, and operational leadership across the organization. Incorporates data-driven operating environment that utilizes key performance indicators reflecting best practices and stretch goals to achieve operational efficiency and industry leading outcomes. Provides continuous focus on optimizing the patient experience, financial goals, and enhancement of technology solutions with the revenue cycle. Promotes Carson Tahoe Health mission, vision, and values as a servant leader to achieve the highest levels of patient, physician and employee satisfaction. Qualifications Required: * Bachelor's degree in Business or Health Administration or related field. * Ten (10) years of progressively responsible related work experience, including at least eight (8) years of experience in a mid to senior level management capacity * Ability to manage material, financial and human resources. * Strong working knowledge of Revenue Cycle software applications. * Strong working Knowledge of contracts administration and denial management * Possess an excellent leadership and problem-solving ability. * Ability to problem-solve at a high level and present proposed solutions. * Ability to communicate effectively with physicians and other professionals.
