Board Certified Behavior Analyst - HybridLocation: Odessa, TexasEmployment Type: Full-Time (Hybrid , full time )Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (3 days in the office and 2 days remote).Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 with a 3-year commitmentPosition OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our clinic in Odessa, Texas.The BCBA will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing and overseeing individualized treatment plans, supervising clinical staff, and collaborating with families and interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient-centered care.Key Responsibilities• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations for clients with developmental disabilities.• Perform intake assessments and participate in ongoing patient assessment processes.• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.• Deliver direct behavioral therapy sessions tailored to each patient's needs.• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to monitor patient progress and modify treatment strategies as needed.• Supervise, mentor, and train behavior technicians, paraprofessionals, and other clinical staff involved in patient care.• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistent and effective implementation of treatment plans.• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation and patient records in compliance with HIPAA and privacy regulations.• Ensure adherence to ethical standards and best practices in behavioral health and special education.• Stay current with advancements in ABA, behavioral health, and related fields to enhance service quality.Patient Population & Work Setting• Facility Setting: ABA Clinic• Typical Caseload: Approximately 15 patients per day• Patient Age Group: 2 to 10 years oldQualifications & Requirements• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.• BCBA license in the state of Texas required.• Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) preferred (minimum 1 year preferred).• Experience working with children, particularly those diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities, preferred.• Strong knowledge of ABA techniques, behavioral health principles, and diagnostic evaluation methods.• Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and interpretation to inform treatment decisions.• Familiarity with medical terminology, medical documentation, and HIPAA compliance standards.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.• Ability to conduct patient assessments, intake procedures, and deliver patient-centered care.New GraduatesNew graduates are welcome to apply; however, a 3-year employment commitment is required.
