Anesthesiologist - Leadership Potential - NYCJob Type Permanent Specialty AnesthesiologistState NY Location NY - New York Description Anesthesiologist Opportunity - Leadership Potential & Balanced Case Mix *Join a growing anesthesia practice offering strong mentorship, leadership opportunities, and a well-rounded clinical experience. The team manages approximately 300-360 OR cases monthly across six main operating rooms, along with off-site locations such as MRI, Interventional Radiology, and a combined Endoscopy/Bronchoscopy suite. Obstetric volume is under 100 deliveries per month with an 80% epidural rate. *The case mix excludes cardiac surgery and transplant, with only occasional pediatric cases (age 2+). You'll work within a collaborative environment that includes fellows in OB, Pediatric, Pain, Critical Care, and Cardiothoracic Anesthesia, supported by three dedicated Biomedical Equipment Technicians. The practice uses a CRNA supervision model (1:2 ratio) with some solo cases.
